The Gainesville Electrical J.A.T.C. is a state registered electrical apprenticeship program. We are a learn while you earn type of program. The apprentices work for one of our sponsoring electrical contractors full time earning a living wage plus benefits, while attending classes two nights a week for 3 hours each night. The apprentice begins with the basics in electrical construction and upon completion of the program, they are classified as a Journeyman Electrician.Program Type:

Our program is a 5 year program. Apprentices work 40 hours per week year-round (pending job availability) and attend classes 2 semesters each year with no classes over the summer. Class schedules set each year and is not flexible.Benefits:
